I’m a freelance E-commerce Virtual Assistant and Store Manager based in Islamabad, Pakistan. I help UK and US brands with store setup, product research and listings, daily operations, customer support, and AI-generated product videos.
Which e-commerce platforms do you work with?
Shopify is my main platform specialty. My work covers the broader e-commerce workflow: product planning, research, catalogue management, inventory, fulfillment, support, and marketing tasks. If you use another platform, send the details so we can check whether the work fits my experience.
Can you help with a new online store?
Yes. I can support store setup, product planning and research, product listings, and the ongoing work after launch. My Sassy Setup experience covered the store from its beginning.
Can you manage an existing store?
Yes. We can agree on support for listings, orders, inventory, customer emails, promotions, or other everyday Shopify tasks.
How will I get updates?
I send a short written update every working day. We’ll agree on priorities and communication when defining the work.
Do you need my Shopify password?
No. I work through Shopify collaborator access, with permissions appropriate to the agreed tasks.
